About Kiddie Corner Academy
Kiddie Corner Academy is a family-owned childcare center in Miami, Florida. We opened our doors in 1987 with three classrooms and room for 50 children.
Nearly four decades later, we have grown side-by-side with our community into sixteen classrooms and care for up to 405 children at a time — the same warm, family-run school, scaled up for the neighborhood we love.
What hasn’t changed: our commitment to affordable, high-quality care that feels like home.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, welcoming place where every child can reach their full potential. We deliver high-quality early care that stimulates each child’s cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth.
The goal: confident, curious, independent thinkers who grow up to be thoughtful, capable, and generous members of their community.

The first thing every parent and child sees — a warm greeting, a signed hello, and a walk toward the classrooms.
Stop 2
The infant nursery
Rows of cribs, a jungle mural overhead, a blue rocking chair, and shelves of soft sensory toys. Everything built for gentle routines.
Stop 3
A toddler learning corner
Bilingual color, alphabet, and shape posters. A small play table. An alphabet rug on the floor — bilingual from the very first year.
Stop 4
The Dr. Seuss reading room
Soft cushy chairs, an alphabet rug, and a book display stocked with classic Dr. Seuss titles. Where literacy comes alive for 3- and 4-year-olds.

Meet with the Director and your child’s future teachers
A personal interview with one of our Directors gets us better acquainted with your family. Walk through the classroom your child would actually join, watch routines in action, and ask anything.

Complete a short enrollment packet
Contact info, emergency contacts, pickup authorizations, and your child’s basic profile. Bring immunization records (FL Form 680) and a recent physical (FL Form 3040).

Pay registration + first week
A one-time $50 registration secures your spot. First week’s tuition is collected at start date. Cash, credit, or check from a local bank.

Pick a start date
Sooner is usually better — it gives your child time to settle before any big schedule changes. We keep the first week intentionally soft.

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
What ages does Kiddie Corner Academy serve?
We provide year-round, full- and part-time care for children ages 3 weeks through 12 years old.
How do I enroll my child?
Call (305) 362-8222 to schedule a tour and discuss availability. Tours are by appointment, Monday through Friday — we work around your schedule. You do not need to fill out pre-enrollment forms before your tour; we walk you through the whole process on the day you decide to enroll.
What are your tuition rates?
Tuition varies by program (infant care vs. pre-kindergarten) and schedule (full-time vs. part-time). See the Tuition page for current rates or call us for a custom quote.
Do you offer a multi-child discount?
Yes — a 10% family-appreciation discount for families with two or more children enrolled at the same time, as long as at least one child is enrolled full-time. The 10% is applied to the oldest full-time sibling.
Can tuition be paid online?
Not yet — we are working on it. For now, tuition can be paid in our front office via cash, credit, or check from a local bank.
